About the role: We’re looking for an Account Manager who is commercially sharp, strategically minded, and builds strong, trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders. Someone who enjoys fast-paced environments and takes pride in driving real outcomes for clients. You'll manage up to 5 accounts, acting as the day-to-day client lead across performance creative. You'll work closely with Strategists, Media Buyers, Creatives and UGC teams to deliver high-performing creative campaigns and keep clients confident at every stage. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow into a Senior Account Manager - learning how high-performance teams operate while developing the commercial confidence and decision-making maturity to lead accounts at a higher level. • Own day-to-day client communication across assigned accounts, • Lead client calls, updates, and check-ins with confidence and commercial context, • Translate client goals into clear briefs, timelines, and action plans - with an eye on feasibility and margin, • Act as the alignment point between client expectations and campaign delivery, • Coordinate internal teams (strategy, creative, production, UGC) - driving accountability, not just chasing progress, • Manage quality control across all deliverables, • Provide clients with a clear, confident narrative around performance and commercials, • Sign off on strategy before it reaches the client, ensuring commercial and delivery feasibility is validated, • Flag risks early with a recommended course of action or solution, • Protect account health - balancing client satisfaction, retention, and agency profitability, • 2+ years' experience in account management, client services or project coordination (agency preferred), • Exposure to UGC, social-first creative or performance marketing, • Strong communication skills — clear, calm, and confident with clients and internally, • Commercial awareness — you understand that great outcomes need to be profitable ones, • Organised and process-driven, comfortable managing multiple accounts without losing grip on the details, • Curiosity and eagerness to learn how performance creative drives growth, • Familiarity with Meta & TikTok ecosystems (conceptually, not buying), • A proactive, decision-led mindset — you move with intent, not just instruction, • Outcome-led - you focus on results and see delivery through with purpose, • Commercially aware - you understand the agency dynamic as well as the client’s needs, • Alignment-driven - you bring teams and priorities together to keep things moving, • Launch-minded - you’re comfortable with pace, pressure, and key delivery moments, • Client-first - you build trust through clarity, honesty and follow-through, • Process-oriented - you create structure and keep things running smoothly, • Coachable and ambitious - you’re keen to grow into a role where you make decisions, not just support them, • Client Portfolio: Work with a diverse range of D2C and e-commerce brands, spanning multiple niches and continents., • Exceptional Team: Collaborate with a world-class team of motivated and high-performing individuals., • Career Growth: Enjoy opportunities for rapid career progression in a fast-growing agency., • Work-Life Balance: 27 days paid holiday (plus your birthday off), hybrid working, and flexibility to work abroad for up to 30 days., • Comprehensive Benefits: Private health and dental insurance, company pension scheme, and structured training programs., • Dynamic Culture: A fun, happiness-driven environment with regular team-building activities and a beautiful Central London office.
