Experience within the F&B industry is crucial, with a focus on taking on increasing levels of responsibility over time. An understanding of food and beverage menu items, including wine, spirits, and cocktails, is desired. Experience with financial management and budget controls is useful for managing costs and ensuring profitability. A track record of providing exceptional customer service and building positive guest experiences.
