We are a growing e-commerce business based in Watford and are looking for a full-time Warehouse Assistant to support our daily picking, packing, and dispatch operations. This role is ideal for someone local who is reliable and flexible with availability to meet changing order volumes. Duties and Responsibilities: • Maintaining statistical and financial records, • Develop business strategies to raise our customer’s pool, expand store traffic, and optimize profitability, • Create and manage a relaxed, welcoming, customer-focused environment, • Dealing with customer queries and complaints, • Overseeing pricing and stock control, maximizing profitability and setting/meeting sales targets, including motivating staff to do so, • To control and operate the store in accordance with company instructions, policies, and procedures in order to minimize operating costs and maximize profits, • Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing, • Recruit and Train new staff and conduct induction, • Ensure high levels of customers’ satisfaction through excellent service, • Ensure racks are fully stocked, • Utilizing customer experience and everyday coaching across the team (especially during peak times), • Inform customers about discounts and special offers and managing budgets Skill/experience/qualifications: • Excellent all-around managing skills, • Strong experience in Excel, • Excellent organizational and proven ability to manage the full extent of business requirements, • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, • Customer management skills, • Bachelor &/ Master’s degree or a related study and experience

We are seeking a passionate and experienced chef to join our kitchen team full-time, specializing in Korean and Chinese cuisine. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes to uphold our high standards, ensuring each dish is flavorful and consistent. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and cook Korean and Chinese dishes according to company standards., • Develop new menu items and seasonal specials., • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety within the kitchen., • Manage stock levels and minimize food waste., • Train and supervise junior kitchen staff when required., • Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality. Requirements: • Proven experience as a chef in Korean, Chinese, or Pan-Asian cuisine., • Strong knowledge of sauces, marinades, and traditional cooking methods., • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment., • Good communication and teamwork skills., • Food Hygiene Level 2 (or higher) certification preferred., • Right to work in the UK.
