Company: EducateU (Part of PEN Group) Salary Range: £40,000 – £50,000 per annum (depending on experience) Employment Type: Full Time Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM Location: ON-SITE, London, Canary Wharf, UK About EducateU EducateU is a UK-based online learning provider within the wider PEN Group, focused on delivering flexible, accessible, and high-quality education solutions for modern learners. We work closely with awarding bodies, universities, and industry partners to create scalable and innovative learning opportunities. Role Overview The Academic & Partnerships Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping EducateU’s academic offering while driving and managing strategic partnerships with universities and key stakeholders. This is a role combining academic leadership, quality assurance, and external engagement. Key Responsibilities Academic Leadership & Quality Assurance: • Own and develop EducateU's academic content, standards, and curriculum direction, • Ensure programmes meet academic quality benchmarks and compliance standards, • Work with educators and tutors to maintain academic excellence, • Review and improve learning outcomes and student progression, • Oversee internal quality assurance processes, • Align programmes with awarding body requirements (e.g. OTHM, ATHE), • Ensure compliance with UK frameworks (Ofqual, OfS), • Support validation, moderation, and academic reviews, • Develop new programmes, short courses, and CPD offerings, • Monitor student feedback and performance data Partnerships & Stakeholder Management: • Represent EducateU in university and stakeholder meetings, • Provide academic credibility in partnership discussions, • Build relationships with academic partners, • Support MOUs and progression agreements, • Identify new partnership opportunities, • Attend conferences and education events, • Act as key academic contact for partners Strategy & Growth: • Contribute to academic and partnership growth strategy, • Conduct market research on education trends, • Advise on new programme opportunities, • Support scaling of academic operations Requirements Essential: • Experience in higher education or online learning, • Understanding of UK education frameworks, • Experience with academic partnerships, • Strong stakeholder management skills, • Ability to manage multiple projects Desirable: • Experience with OTHM, ATHE or similar, • Curriculum design or QA background, • Experience representing organisations externally, • Familiarity with EdTech platforms Benefits • Annual leave (7.2 weeks), • Workplace pension scheme., • Company Sick Policy., • Statutory maternity/paternity pays., • Career development opportunities, • Training and self-development opportunities., • Gym membership discounts, • Retail discount schemes, • Cinema discounts, • Grocery discounts, • Cycle to work, • Investing and savings opportunities, • Financial wellbeing – personal debt advise., • Financial wellbeing education, • My Mind Pal (mental fitness)
