Our speciality Tonkotsu ramen boasts an 18-hour cooked pork bone broth, batch crafted with love using traditional techniques learned from the Motherland. Added to this succulent, rich and flavourful broth are Hakata style wheat noodles, beautifully braised chashu pork belly and a superb selection of toppings all sourced from Japan.
