We have a 20 people team, and we are looking for a leader role, someone capable to lead the people. The role is to organize the days and tackle all the upcoming tasks, using the team members to gain more outreach. Someone responsible, who can react succesfully against adversity and difficult situations Full time job position. Ø Oversee and manage the daily activities of the shop floor team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently. Ø Schedule staff shifts, manage attendance, and allocate responsibilities based on strengths and workload. Ø Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and overseeing the quality of service. Ø Monitor sales performance and work towards achieving sales targets, motivating the team to meet or exceed goals. Ø Ensure the shop floor is visually appealing by maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness. Ø Train new staff members on store procedures, customer service, and product knowledge.
Attention all reliable and friendly cleaners! We're looking for full-time and part-time cleaning staff who understand the importance of a well-maintained space. We are specialising in domestic and small business cleaning, end-of-tenancies, Airbnb and housekeeping cleaning in the area of Brighton, Hove, Rottingdean and Shoreham-by-sea. You can work as many hours as you like! £12.60 per hour to start, with extra pay for certain jobs. Own transport is not required as we can give you jobs close to you or close to a bus route. Previous experience is appreciated but not necessary. Training will be given and you will work with other members of our friendly team until you are ready.
