KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE: - Ensure that guests are greeted and dealt with promptly after being seated at a table and in accordance with the order of service. - Interact with customers to take food and drink orders and provide recommendations - Read the table and upsell items when appropriate.
