Integrated Project Manager The Delivery function lives at the heart of the agency and is built on strong accountability, clear ownership, and deep integration across the business. Every part of delivery operates with end-to end responsibility, owning scope, budgets, timelines and quality from start to finish. This is a solutions-focused and commercially aware function focusing on excellent client service, project management, creative, design, production and post production. It drives unified workflows, consistent governance and greater collaboration between all teams. This enables efficient, right f irst-time delivery, supported by shared standards and ownership of outcomes. Job Description We are looking for an Integrated Project Manager to support two key global clients (approximately 50/50 split). The Integrated Project Manager ensures seamless end-to-end delivery of creative and production, while enabling teams to do their best work and clients to feel confident in delivery. This hybrid role is focused on integrated delivery excellence and client collaboration. You will act as a central point of project management from brief to deployment, driving consistent delivery standards and strong cross-agency collaboration between client services, creative & design, production and localisation teams. For 50% of your time across one client, you will support the delivery of social and digital content, managing asset approvals, maintaining schedules, and ensuring clear, consistent communication with stakeholders across time zones. This is a hands-on client facing role, focused on excellent client service and digital delivery execution. For the other client 50%, you will execute varying complexity projects across multiple channels within the integrated delivery model. You will support the team across daily project and workflow management, and the reality of project delivery. This role provides hands-on support in gathering requirements, preparing documentation, coordinating resources, managing updates and ensuring smooth communication across teams. You will contribute to and own elements of scoping, timelines, estimates and delivery plans; playing a key part in both maintaining delivery standards and enabling the business to respond effectively to briefs. Pending demand, you may be expected to work across a mix of other accounts ,however this will be no more than 50% of your time. Job Duties Client Specific • Oversee UK localisation workflows, including asset input, review, and approvals for client content, • Partner closely with the Tag Localisation Project Manager to manage UK-specific localisation changes, • Build trust with stakeholders through clear communication, strong schedule management, and confidence in reviewing creative work, • Manage and track asset approval timelines, ensuring delivery remains on schedule, • Review UK social and digital content with clients, focusing on copy, imagery, and asset detail, gathering feedback and securing approvals within the UK time zone to support global delivery timelines, • Act as the UK point of contact for client queries related to project milestones and deliverables during working hours (all client interaction will be virtual), • Join daily US status calls, providing updates on asset progress and approvals, • Identify and flag risks, delays, or dependencies to the wider account team, • Support the delivery of social and digital campaigns, ensuring assets are accurate, on brand, and ready for market, • Maintain accurate project status updates and documentation across systems and trackers General Project and Workflow Management • Manage end-to-end delivery of differing complexity integrated projects across all channels including digital, social, print, motion, localisation and global toolkits, • Coordinate multi-market and multi-channel campaign rollouts, helping to define project scope, timings, workflows, governance structures and delivery plans • Ensure teams are aligned, briefed and fully supported throughout the delivery lifecycle • Taking briefs, reviewing and feeding back to clarify any unclear or missing specifications, • Prepare and brief in work to relevant teams, ensuring they have everything required to begin and complete the work, • Keep team up to date on production plan, status and upcoming work to ensure all requirements and deadlines are met to a high standard and best practice is adhered to, • Ensure delivery of approved assets according to required specifications, • Regularly review and provide feedback to teams and report issues for ongoing and completed projects to ensure ongoing improvements are made, • Make timely, informed decisions to keep projects moving forward, • Ensure all late briefs or requirements are discussed with all relevant team members before committing to client, • Ensure teams follow integrated workflows, processes and quality standards, • Maintain status reports, project systems and delivery documentation Client & Agency Stakeholder Management • Act as the daily delivery manager for projects, • Operate across creative, production, localisation, tech and client teams as one integrated workflow Financial Management • Management of project budgets, scopes, estimates and active ownership of budget tracking and cost control, • Booking jobs, managing statuses, costs, timely invoicing and logging of finances, • Flag budget issues/cost changes and ensure team is logging time against the correct jobs Cross-Business Collaboration, • Ensure information flows clearly between all functions and stakeholders, • Identify risks, help remove blockers and keep delivery on track Reporting & Performance • Manage tools/data used for reporting, KPIs, SLAs, performance insights and governance Job Qualifications • Experience as an Account Manager or Project Account Manager within a creative agency or production agency, • Collaboration across disciplines, with strong organisational, communication and problem solving skills and ability to identify risks and help resolve delivery challenges, • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and workstreams simultaneously, • Current knowledge of production workflows across all channels (e.g. digital, social, print, motion) including asset review/approvals, • High attention to detail, particularly when reviewing creative assets, and an ability to work effectively with creative teams; understanding how to balance timelines with creative exploration and quality, • Confident communicator with experience managing client relationships and feedback, • Track record managing projects, multi-workstream delivery or multi-market global and localisation rollout, • Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail, • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment, often working effectively across international teams and time zones, • Strong interest in project delivery and a proficiency in delivery systems, workflow tools and project management platforms, • Financial management, including scoping, estimating, budgets, invoicing This role provides a pathway to Senior Integrated Project Manager, with increasing ownership of workstreams and hybrid working across client services and production.
