    Life in the UK Job Agency is looking for experienced self-employed waiters and waitresses for flexible hospitality assignments across London. We are a job agency working with restaurants, hospitality venues and private events. You may receive assignments at different venues depending on your availability and our clients' requirements. Pay: • £13.70 per hour, • Weekly payments, • Tips may be available depending on the venue Responsibilities: • Welcoming and assisting guests, • Taking food and drink orders, • Serving food and beverages, • Clearing and resetting tables, • Preparing tables before service, • Communicating with kitchen and front-of-house teams, • Providing professional and friendly customer service, • Following venue service standards, • Keeping the working area clean and organised, • Helping the team during busy service periods, • Following health, safety and hygiene requirements Requirements: • Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in hospitality, • Good spoken English, • Professional appearance and attitude, • Reliable and punctual, • Right to work in the UK, • Must be registered as self-employed / sole trader, or currently completing registration, • Able to travel to different venues across London, • Black hospitality uniform may be required for some assignments What we offer: • Flexible shifts, • £13.70 per hour, • Weekly payments, • Assignments at different restaurants and hospitality venues, • Ability to choose whether you accept an available assignment, • Opportunity to work with different venues across London, • Potential tips depending on the venue How it works: Life in the UK Job Agency receives staffing requests from restaurants and hospitality venues. When a suitable assignment becomes available, we contact available workers with the shift details. You can then confirm whether you are available for that assignment. Before receiving assignments, candidates will complete a short telephone interview and provide the required identification and right-to-work information.
