    Blue Recruitment Personnel is recruiting for a skilled CNC Machinist Miller. This is a full-time, permanent day-shift role offering a competitive hourly rate of £15 to £20, depending on experience, with overtime paid at time and a half. The position is ideal for an experienced CNC machinist capable of working to aerospace and defence standards within an EN9100 environment. The Role: You will be responsible for producing accurate, high-quality components for the aerospace and defence sectors. This hands-on milling role involves setting, operating, inspecting, and maintaining CNC machinery, with a strong focus on precision, quality, and safety. Key Responsibilities: • Set and operate CNC milling machines., • Work on Mazak CNC horizontal and vertical machining centres., • Produce accurate components efficiently and to specification., • Work to tight tolerances and perform self-inspection against required standards., • Inspect finished parts using relevant measuring equipment., • Maintain CNC machines, tooling, associated equipment, and your work area., • Adhere to EN9100 quality standards at all times., • Work both independently and as part of a team., • Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately., • Support safe working practices and follow all health and safety procedures. Requirements: • Fully skilled, experienced, or time-served CNC setter/operator., • Proven milling experience on horizontal and/or vertical machines., • Strong understanding of engineering drawings., • Competent in using micrometres, callipers, gauges, and similar measuring equipment., • Able to work to very fine tolerances., • Strong attention to detail and excellent hand-to-eye coordination., • Computer literate., • Able to follow written instructions carefully., • Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team., • Experience working safely in a precision manufacturing environment. Suitable Experience: This role will suit a CNC Miller, CNC Machinist, or CNC Setter/Operator with a background in precision engineering, ideally within aerospace or defence manufacturing. Candidates with Mazak experience who are confident working to demanding quality standards and producing consistent, high-spec components are encouraged to apply. The Role: We are looking for a reliable and hardworking 3.5 tonner Flatbed or Trailer Towing Driver / Installer to join our team. This is a split-role position combining driving, deliveries, installations, and general yard duties. However, the successful candidate will spend the majority of their time on the road, carrying out deliveries at customer sites. 45 hours per week is the minimum for a full-time roll, but part time rolls are also considered. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver flat pack cabins, containers, storage units, and welfare units across the UK., • Perform some heavy lifting as part of the job, both at the depot and delivery sites., • Assist with general yard duties when not on the road, including loading, small maintenance and offloading., • Willing to work indoors and outdoors in variable weather conditions Requirements: • A clean valid UK driving licence with optional towing capability (B+E licence preferred)., • Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting., • Work Monday to Friday.
