Location: North Oxfordshire, with travel to venues and events • Role Type: Full-time, office-based, • Salary: c. £35,000 - £40,000 basic, depending on experience, plus uncapped commission Business Development Executive JM&Co. is supporting a specialist in premium event branding in their search for a Business Development Executive. This established business delivers high-impact branding solutions for major sporting events, from large-scale signage and bespoke installations to full venue branding. Their work features across some of the best-known events in the sporting calendar. This is a more commercially focused opportunity suited to someone with solid business development experience, particularly in generating new opportunities, opening doors, visiting prospects and building long-term client relationships. The role • Proactively generating new business opportunities across sporting events, venues and brand partners, • Cold calling, prospecting and arranging meetings with potential clients, • Visiting prospects and building strong commercial relationships, • Developing and managing a healthy sales pipeline, • Preparing proposals, quotations and presentations, • Maintaining accurate CRM records and sales activity updates, • Representing the business at venues, trade shows and industry events Experience and skills • Previous experience in business development, sales or a similar commercial role, • Confident with cold outreach, lead generation and face-to-face meetings, • Strong relationship-building and communication skills, • Commercially minded, proactive and self-motivated, • Organised, professional and comfortable using CRM systems, • Experience within events, branding, signage, print or a related sector would be helpful What’s on offer • Basic salary up to c. £40,000, depending on experience (OTE UNCAPPED!), • 28 days’ holiday (inc.
