CONSULTANT IN FORENSIC PSYCHIATRY Cheswold Park Hospital, Cheswold Lane, Doncaster, DN5 8AR Permanent, full time, 10 Programmed Activities per week including on-call (part time may be considered) South West Yorkshire Partnership Foundation Trust are recruiting for a Consultant Psychiatrist to join the Medical team based at Cheswold Park Hospital. This role plays a vital part in ensuring our patients receive the care that they need and will be an integral role within the low secure male pathway. We are seeking a 10 PA substantive Consultant to join the Low secure mens inpatient service (Don ward) and Low secure ASD in-patient service (Hamilton) due to vacancy following takeover of Cheswold Park Hospital since October 2024 and staff moving outside the trust. The job entails cover of a case load of 16 patients across the two wards (10 on Hamilton and 6 on Don). The starting salary for this post is aligned with point 04 of the consultant pay scale (£123,672 -£150,569 ), in line with Trust policy for newly appointed consultants. Placement on the scale will be reviewed where applicable NHS consultant experience can be evidenced.
