    UK-CHINA CULTURE & EDUCATION EXCHANGE CENTRE LTD is seeking a motivated and commercially focused Sales Executive to support the Company's sales and business development activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, promoting the Company's education and cultural exchange programmes, converting enquiries into sales opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and business partners. The role requires strong communication and sales skills, commercial awareness and the ability to work effectively with clients and partners in a UK-China cross-border environment. Duties: · Identify and develop new clients and sales opportunities through enquiries, referrals, networking and business partners. · Promote the Company's study abroad, study tour, summer camp, cultural exchange and other education-related programmes. · Respond to client enquiries, understand their requirements and recommend appropriate programmes and services. · Manage the sales process from initial enquiry and consultation through to follow-up and successful conversion. · Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, educational institutions, overseas education agencies and other business partners. · Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations and other sales materials. · Maintain accurate records of leads, client communications and sales activities, and prepare regular sales reports. · Attend meetings, networking events and exhibitions to promote the Company's services and develop new business opportunities. · Keep up to date with developments in the UK-China education market and identify potential sales opportunities. Who are we looking for: · Educated to degree level or above, preferably in Business, Marketing, Education, International Business or a related field. · Previous experience in sales, business development or client relationship management would be desirable. · Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. · Strong commercial awareness and customer service skills. · Familiarity with the Chinese market and UK-China education sector would be highly desirable. · Fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese is highly desirable. · Self-motivated, target-driven and well organised.

    Job Summary We're looking for an enthusiastic, organised and commercially minded person to join our growing team and help shape one of the most exciting areas of Elysian. This isn't your typical events role. One week you could be coordinating a family event, delivering Pony Play, developing our Junior Elysian Farmers programme or helping run a children's birthday party. The next, you might be supporting a corporate team-building day, planning a seasonal event or developing a brand-new community initiative. We're looking for someone who enjoys making things happen. You do not need prior solar experience—we will teach you everything you need to know. You will work a hybrid role: learning how to install solar panel mounting and modules safely on roofs, while also working on the ground as an Electrician's Mate to assist our qualified electricians with first-fix cabling and installation. Key Responsibilities • Roof-Top Training: Learn to install roof anchors, mounting rails, and secure solar panels safely on various domestic and commercial roof types., • Cable Pulling & Routing: Assist the electrician by pulling DC and AC cables through lofts, cavities, and containment systems., • First-Fix Electrical Tasks: Secure and clip cables neatly, fit back boxes, and assist with containment (trunking, conduit, and tray work)., • Equipment Mounting: Help mount inverters, battery storage units, and EV chargers under direct supervision., • Site Organisation: Manage tools, fetch materials, and ensure the work site is clean, organized, and safe. Requirements & Skills • A Willingness to Learn: A fantastic attitude and a desire to be trained in both roofing and electrical trades., • Comfortable at Heights: You must be confident working outdoors on ladders, scaffolding, and roofs (full safety equipment and harnesses are always used)., • Hands-on Mindset: Proficiency with basic hand and power tools is a major plus., • Reliability: Punctual, hard-working, and a strong team player., • CSCS or ECS Card: Preferred for site safety compliance (or a willingness to obtain one quickly)., • Driving Licence: A full UK driving licence is highly preferred.
