Private Chef. Private Chef (London/Hampshire) Live In (Accommodation in both residences) 5 days per week. A wonderful opportunity has arisen for an experienced, professional private chef with a background predominately working within an UHNW/HMW household for a lovely family. Based on an estate in Hamshire (7 bed house in 150 acres with cottages in the grounds) during long week-ends and mostly weekdays in London. Flexible when needed and time off in lieu. Husband and wife with grown children (not living there after lockdown) and grandfather. The family are held in high esteeem and are decent and fair. Other staff on the estate also. Providing a high quality variety of menus/cooking from classic British cuisine to more Ottolenghi style/modern food. Imaginative and creative with high standards essential. All responsibility for the kitchen, shopping, purchases, budgeting, cleanliness and menu planning, assisting with the kitchen garden (gardner there). Meals can be for 2 or for a dinner party of 20. Passionate about the profession you will have a demonstrated background working within a HNW household (essential). A positive and friendly personality wanting to commit for the long term (staff are there years). Modern in approach and style and happy to make room for an unexpected guest when needed. Lovely cottage on the grounds. If the chef has a housekeeper as a partner that combination will be considered too. Top role for top private chef with much to offer
