The Rental Sales Representative is responsible for selling portable cooling equipment rental and services primarily to commercial customers by developing current and potential customer relationships in order to obtain or surpass the yearly revenue budgets in line with company procedures and targets. Responsibilities include developing a sales plan, account management, cold calling, delivery of units, closing deals, working with operations teams to ensure customer needs and AP/AR collections are met. Responsibilities • Establish a customer base in which to promote and solicit new, diverse, on-going business by calling on regular and prospective commercial customer base via phone or traveling throughout Texas to solicit orders and close sales; may also require compilation of lists of prospective customers from various sources to use as sales leads. General Description As a member of the operations team, the Chapter Accounting Coordinator is responsible for the daily and monthly account management of all Alpha Delta Pi chapters in Revela and performs our annual chapter audit. This position coordinates with the Chapter Finance Directors to manage chapter budgets and training resources. This position also works closely with headquarters staff to manage badge orders, inventory, and other chapter finance responsibilities. DUTIES PERFORMED Chapter Account Management • Check that coding on all transactions is correct. Make corrections to transactions that are coded incorrectly (use chapter budget as a guideline)., • Review Balance Sheet for errors., • Review General Ledger., • Add Transaction Checklist to show that chapter has been reviewed., • Update Status Spreadsheet to show that review is complete., • Work with Revela to update correspondence to chapters., • Answer questions from Revela, International Officers, and chapters., • Review outstanding checks report and void checks that have been outstanding for 3 months or more. This role requires strong engagement skills, the ability to build trust with diverse populations, and the flexibility to serve clients outside traditional office hours. The Therapist is responsible for assessment, treatment planning, care coordination, counseling, documentation, and collaboration with community partners to ensure families receive the services and support necessary for success. Role and Responsibilities: This position provides care coordination, trauma-informed clinical services, and community-based support to clients/consumers/residents/members.
