In this role, you will support reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis that directly inform strategic and operational decisions. You'll partner with the CFO, Controller, and Accountant, while also collaborating with operations, aftermarket parts, and the leadership team to ensure accurate data, strong cost controls, and clear visibility into business performance. ⭐What You'll Do Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) • Prepare monthly financial reports, variance analyses, and performance summaries., • Support the annual budgeting process and monthly forecasting cycles., • Analyze product costs, labor utilization, scrap rates, and manufacturing variances., • Monitor and update standard costs in partnership with operations and supply chain., • Review production and inventory data to support cost control and operational efficiency., • Partner with operations, sales, purchasing, and aftermarket parts to gather data and support cross-functional initiatives., • Track KPIs such as material costs, throughput, inventory levels, and productivity., • Support pricing analyses and margin improvement efforts., • Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports., • Identify opportunities to automate or streamline financial processes., • Improve reporting tools, dashboards, and templates., • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent., • 2–5 years of financial analysis experience; manufacturing experience strongly preferred., • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting., • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel., • Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)., • Experience with Epicor Kinetic ERP., • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills., • Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; comfort with ERP/MRP systems., • Solid understanding of cost accounting and manufacturing operations., • Strong communication skills, able to translate financial data for all audiences. Pay and benefits This is a full-time, in-office exempt position Starting pay for this position is $80,000-$95,000 and is highly dependent on applicable experience and skills. This is the targeted range for new hires, but over time, there's potential to earn more as you grow in the role and gain experience, skills, and tenure.
