Job DescriptionBenefits: • Competitive salary, • Health insurance, • Paid time off, • 401(k), • 401(k) matching Benefits/Perks: • Competitive Pay, • Professional Development, • Job Stability in a growing industryResponsibilities, • Drive growth by identifying and securing new commercial and personal insurance opportunities, for our agent members, • Cultivate and sustain strong agent relationships, providing exceptional service, timely and accurate quotations, and proactive account support., • Monitor sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), documenting all sales activity in detail. ., • Conducts marketing, negotiates rates, reviews quotes and coverage for competitiveness and accuracy., • Ensures data integrity and compliance by accurately documenting client files and maintaining the agency management system according to company standards., • Foster a collaborative team environment, mentoring team members, sharing expertise, and contributing to both formal and informal team meetings., • Guide and support agent partners through the new business, renewal, and retention process, strengthening long-term relationships., • Collaborate with carrier partners to understand underwriting guidelines, risk appetites, and to stay current with industry trends., • Proactively identify opportunities to improve firm processes and bring issues or discrepancies to the attention of appropriate leadership., • Hold the insurance license required by your state and have a minimum of two years personal and commercial lines insurance account management experience., • Possess a valid drivers license and a source of reliable transportation., • Demonstrate strong knowledge of insurance products and usages, rating procedures, underwriting procedures, coverages, and industry operations to effectively secure new business and maintain existing client base., • Be people-oriented, customer-focused, and professionally assertive in developing new client relationships and servicing existing clients., • Possess outstanding organizational skills with an ability to complete difficult assignments without supervision, sound business judgment, strong decision-making and superior written and verbal communication skills., • Have excellent time management skills, thrive in a team environment and Technology and Computer proficiency including agency management systems. Salary Range 60,000-67,500 annually.
