Our Core Values: • We have GRIT, • We are creative problem solvers, • We do whatever it takes ... with integrity, • We are always curious and ever evolving, • Conduct media research, planning, and strategy across traditional, digital, paid social, and retail channels., • Build and present integrated media plans that align with client goals, budgets, and performance KPIs., • Negotiate rates and placements with vendors, issuing accurate insertion orders., • Traffic ad creative across platforms and ensure smooth campaign launches., • Manage campaigns directly in-platform (e.g., Meta, DV360, Google Ads), making real-time optimizations., • Analyze campaign performance and deliver strategic insights and reports., • Join client meetings to present plans and performance recaps, and serve as the media lead across campaigns., • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field., • 5+ years of media planning and buying experience across multiple platforms., • Hands-on experience with paid social, display, digital video, and retail media., • Strong grasp of in-platform tools, optimization techniques, and media metrics., • Deep understanding of creative formats and platform nuances (especially Meta)., • Excellent negotiation skills and vendor relationship management., • Strong communication and presentation skills in client-facing settings., • Experience with retail media platforms (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, Instacart)., • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, DV360, Nielsen, or Comscore.
