What you’ll do: * Teach Studio Classes: Teach weekly art classes from 3pm to 7pm during the week and during the day on Saturdays for a variety of ages (K-12) * Ensure Student Success: Ensure student success in the studio by actively engaging with students and teachers to observe, document and communicate their progress and opportunities for growth * Provide Hospitality Service & Communication: Conduct proactive check-ins with parents, students and families, support makeup scheduling, discuss student progress and opportunities for growth, upsells to additional classes / camps. * Implement One River Methodology Curriculum: Review lesson plans/resources on time and implement the One River Method through each class effectively and contribute to lesson plan development regularly * Run a best-in-class studio: Maintain the art studio. Job Description Traveling Art Teacher - Part-time One River School of Art & Design - Transforming Art Education $25-40 Per Hour Job Description We are recruiting art teachers for early childhood, K-12th grade, and Adults. At One River School our mission is to transform art education. We have 15+ schools across the county and we are now taking our innovative, curriculum, and programming to businesses, community centers, public/private schools, and many more. Teachers are supplied with all curriculum, materials, and supplies that you will take to your teaching locations.
