This role oversees all aspects of parts operations, including inventory management to optimize fill rate, cost control, merchandising, and accurate recordkeeping. The Parts Manager also plays a key role in building and maintaining strong team relationships, driving performance, and supporting overall dealership success through effective processes and operational discipline.
