This includes driving growth in deposits, treasury fee revenue and payment volumes., • Deep understanding of treasury management products and services., • Provide effective sales management and leadership in an effort to motivate, develop, and support a team of Treasury Management Officers., • Set clear sales targets and goals for the team, monitoring progress and holding individuals accountable for achieving them., • Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members., • Foster a collaborative and positive team culture., • Develop executive-level relationships with commercial clients across the Bank’s footprint.
