The E-Billing Specialist will be executing electronic submissions of client invoices via various e-billing systems. The E-Billing Specialist will need to identify, trouble shoot and resolve issues by coordinating with Attorneys, Billing Specialists, Clients and Legal Administrative Staff. Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities • Supervises operations during scheduled shifts that include daily decision-making, and staff support while upholding standards, product quality and cleanliness, • Ensures that the restaurant and staff are set up for an outstanding shift, • Observes team member performance in delivering the Friday’s guest experience, providing immediate feedback, coaching, development and recognition, • Ensures all newly hired team members follow and complete their appropriate training plan, • Frequently interacts with Guests ensuring that their experience is delivered in accordance with Friday’s Service Style; and follows up on any issues or complaints they may have, • Conducts motivational staff meetings ensuring that team members are engaged and informed regarding Friday’s food, beverage, promotions, etc., • Ensures great food is served to every guest, • Ensures ambiance of the restaurant is aligned with the Non-Negotiable Brand Standards (NNBS), • Conducts food safety and line checks, to ensure food and beverage standards are met and executed safely., • Manages cash handling procedures: assigns bartender drawers and performs checkouts of servers and bartenders ensuring all tickets are accounted for, all comps have been signed, the proper amount of cash, gift cards and credit card vouchers is obtained from team members, tip share is collected, and the proper amount of tips have been declared., • Approves food and beverage comps or promotions., • Checks in deliveries from vendors; ensuring quality and proper billing., • Prepares end of shift reports., • Ensures a safe working and guest environment to reduce the risk of injury and accidents. Assists with the completion of accident reports if a guest or employee is injured., • Ensures proper security procedures are adhered to, in order to protect team members, guests and company assets, including security of beer walk-in, liquor room, store room freezer, back-door, safe alarms and office., • Keeps immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all issues and takes prompt corrective action where necessary or suggests alternative courses of action., • Conducts pre-screen interviews for team member candidates using applicable interview guides., • Minimum 6 months experience as a Team Member and a Certified coach (internal), • or one year of external restaurant experience with a college degree preferred (external), • Must be capable of performing all functions and meeting qualification standards for all hourly positions

Job Description Program Overview CHRIS 180-Fulton County services are rooted in trauma informed care. This care is directed by an understanding of neurological, biological, psychological and social effects of trauma. We assess consumers to learn if trauma occurred and whether it has a role in behavioral health needs. Some trauma includes sexual, physical, emotional abuse, severe neglect, loss, witnessing violence, substance abuse, imprisoned family member, and abandonment. Understanding when trauma occurred helps us tailor our responses, treatment and services. Trauma-informed assessments and interventions always acknowledge, respects, and integrate cultural values, beliefs, and practices. Position Description: The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for supervising peer support staff and a team of therapists who provide clinical services to children, adolescents, families, and adults. This position also provides evidence based clinical services to consumers. Number of consumers on caseload is based on frequency of sessions and billable expectations within the Counseling Center, • Use preventive intervention techniques when needed to prevent injury (to self or others), • Provide outpatient services to include: providing individual counseling, family counseling/training and/or group counseling/training to consumers with MH, co-occurring or substance abuse disorders as classified by the DSM IV-TR and DSM 5, • Provide CSI services to children and families receiving Medicaid funded services as deemed clinically appropriate, • Facilitate groups (i.e.,7 Challenges, DBT skills, GTREM, Nurturing Parent, STEP, anger management, etc.) as needed, • Coach caregivers in supporting consumer through understanding the stages of change, • Must be willing to work in the community neighborhoods, the home, school, and public housing communities, • Documentation Requirements:, • Timely documentation of all case activities in accordance with Center policy, • Maintain detailed files and other documentation in 100% compliance with standards, • Complete all billing expectations within designated timeframes, • Complete Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF) applications as needed, • Complete monthly summaries for consumers in DFCS custody, those receiving wrap services, or any additional partnerships/grants Practice Requirements: • Adhere to the organization policies and procedures, • Provide individual supervision weekly, • Provide group supervision at a minimum of monthly, • Provide feedback for hard to manage cases, • Provide/Attend any evidenced based supervision if there is utilization of the treatment modality, • Attend Fellowship meetings, • Participate in clinical consultation, • Review case studies Performance and Conduct: • Maintain confidentiality of consumer information, • Maintain appropriate professional boundaries (written, verbal, physical), • Follow CHRIS 180 dress code, • Follow the CHRIS 180 Code of Ethics and the specific licensing board, • Follow mandated reporting requirements of GA Code, • Support and maintain an environment of emotional and physical safety for consumers, staff and other stakeholders at all times Demonstrate customer service: • Promote positive image of CHRIS 180 programs at all times, • Work as a contributing and collaborative team member, • Respond to consumer, referral and peer needs in a timely fashion, • Answer telephone calls and emails accordingly, • Respond to requests for information from stakeholders in a timely fashion Maintain Personal Information and Training • Attend and participate in staff meetings as scheduled, • Attend and participate in required trainings as scheduled, • Maintain required certifications, • Review, understand and responsible to program policies, • Master’s degree in the field of social work, counseling and/or marriage and family therapy and maintain full licensure, 3-Years post Full Licensure and CPC-S Credential required, • An understanding of the concepts of childcare, • Skilled in providing individual, family and group therapy, • Skilled in assisting and maintaining consumers in their family homes and/or community, • Ability to effectively relate to consumers, parents/custodians of all social, economic, ethnic and educational backgrounds, with firmness, fairness and concern, • Solid decision-making ability as related to the safety and well-being of consumers, families, community and staff, • Be guided by precedent and established policy and procedure in decision-making.
