Job Description Job Summary: Responsible for generating new business of any customer between NNR USA offices and the NNR Worldwide Organization of offices, partners and agents. Duties & Functions Essential: • Generate new business, while maintaining and expanding business with existing customers between NNR USA offices and the NNR Worldwide Organization of offices, partners and agents., • Work with the Branch Manager to expand new business., • In cooperation with the NNR USA Global Accounts Manager, personal sales specifically to targeted Major/Global Accounts in the given sales territory., • Minimum 40 outside sales calls per month to new and existing clients and record them in PowerNet sales., • Must spend 70% or more of time engaged in making sales calls or other service related activities away from the place of business., • Record all Sales Leads and Routing Orders in PowerNet sales and meet the company standards for these targets on a monthly basis., • Maintain a profit level of three times your salary on a monthly basis., • Participate in scheduled sales T-cons., • Generate all sales reports in PowerNet sales., • Maintain all set targets for reporting sales person as indicated in the Sales Manual. Education & Experience: • Minimum 2 years of college or military service, bachelor’s degree preferred., • Minimum 2 years or sales or equivalent industry experience., • Five years of experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry., • Solid of customer service techniques., • Proficient computer knowledge to include Windows and Microsoft Office applications., • Flexible and long hours sometimes required., • Medium work - Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, frequently and/or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects., • Overnight travel may be required, including foreign travel.

Full Time: Monday -Friday 1pm to 9pm (Rotating weekend schedule is mandatory, at least one weekend day per month must be worked) Job Description As an Operations Lead the candidate must be a reliable, self-motivated, high-energy individual with a strong work ethic and the ability to function effectively as part of a growing team. Must have a good memory and solid organizational & prioritization skills in order to accomplish and exceed business goals. Candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and enjoy working with people in a fast-paced environment. You will also work with your team to ensure the safe and secure pickup and delivery of cash, coin, precious metals and other valuables. This position will report to the Branch Manager. Responsibilities • Coordination of transportation demands for needs on short and long hauls on a scheduled & on call basis, • Perform record keeping on a daily basis, • Assist in maintaining customer relations via phone and email along with adjusting their needs as necessary, • Ensure accuracy of truck movements via GPS, • Follow and enforce proper security procedures, • Drive automatic armored vehicles and other vehicles on designated routes servicing customer locations, • Service ATMs and Smart Safes, • Service customer stops, including delivering customer change orders and picking up deposits, • Load/unload vehicle cargo including multiple bags and boxes of coins or pallets of precious metals, • Count items, record, and sign for cargo items, • At least 21 years of age, • At least a 3 year driving record, • Ability to obtain Medical Examiners Certificate via US Department of Transportation approved medical examiners All of the following are not required, but a plus: • Knowledge of DOT/Federal Motor Carrier Rules, • knowledge of Tri-State Roadways Full-time schedule potentially consisting of an average 40 to 50 hours/week, with minimum of 5 days during a 6-day period. Occasional weekend work Approximately 90-95 percent of work performed in air-conditioned office or on the road in a vehicle with individual compartments (front and rear) Essential Duties/Job Qualifications As part of the qualification process for the Armed Driver Guard position, a Human Performance Evaluation (HPE) is required.
