Job Description Volt is immediately hiring a Technical Recruiter - in Fremont CA, 94538 As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for: Responsibilities: • Partner with hiring managers to fulfill the hiring needs, • Create and publish compelling job descriptions and advertisements, • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system (ATS) - Fuse, • Source candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, indeed, job boards, referrals, etc.), • Screen resumes and conducts initial interviews, • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, • Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the process, • Track recruitment metrics to improve performance and report on progress Requirements: • 2+ years of experience in recruitment (in-house or agency) and/or HR., • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing strategies, • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, • Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tools, • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset, • Experience recruiting in manufacturing or high-tech industries is a plus, • BS in Business Administration or related fields Location: Fremont CA, 94538 Duration: Direct Hire Shift: 1st Shift Salary Range:? $76k/year to $80k/year *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Qualified candidates should?APPLY NOW?for immediate consideration!
