Job Description Area Director of Sales Department – Sales Reports to – Corporate Director of Sales & Marketing What’s the job? The Area Director of Sales will lead and execute revenue generation strategies for TownePlace Suites Mooresville and TownePlace Suites Kernersville. The ideal candidate will reside in a location centrally located to both hotels, which includes Greensboro, Winston Salem, and Mooresville/Charlotte. We’re seeking candidates with strong Marriott and Extended Stay experience. As Area Director of Sales, you’ll provide full-cycle sales execution for top-line revenue generation for an assigned portfolio of hotels.
