The associate works cross-functionally with marketing, merchandising, operations, and customer service to drive sales and maintain channel health. Key Responsibilities 1. Marketplace Channel Support • Assist in managing Amazon, eBay, and other marketplace listings and operations., • Monitor performance metrics and escalate issues that may impact seller status., • Collaborate with Customer Service and the DC teams to resolve operational challenges such as returns, pricing discrepancies, fraud alerts, and shipping changes.2.
