Summary: Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Growth, the Marketing Manager, Enrollment will manage and implement data-driven strategic marketing initiatives designed to reach, engage, and grow our funnel of qualified prospective students and build brand loyalty. This role focuses on student recruitment for all programmatic offerings and collaborates closely with Academic Deans and program directors to support new program launches. You will also engage with public relations/media opportunities, current student engagement, and marketing tactics that positively impact all aspects of Sonoran University of Health Sciences. Responsibilities: Digital Marketing & Campaigns • Develop, implement, and optimize paid and organic campaigns to achieve quarterly and annual enrollment goals., • Implement SEO (Search Engine Optimization), GEO (geotargeting), and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) best practices to maximize visibility and search performance., • Utilize marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Slate), conduct A/B testing, and apply basic HTML troubleshooting for campaign optimization., • Create and analyze performance reports on KPIs (MQL-to-SQL conversions, CPL, ROAS, CPC) and present findings to stakeholders.Social Media & Content Strategy, • Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube) to support student recruitment and brand awareness., • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics; adjust strategies to optimize reach, engagement, and conversions., • Influence and manage the content marketing editorial calendar, focusing on multi-channel storytelling and personalization for lead generation.Website & Compliance, • Own and maintain program and admissions information on the website, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance., • Ensure adherence to ADA accessibility standards, VA requirements, and accreditation guidelines in all marketing and recruitment materials., • Collaborate with compliance officers to meet regulatory requirements.Stakeholder Engagement & Events, • Collaborate with Admissions, Financial Aid, and Student Services for integrated messaging and recruitment strategies., • Attend student events and ceremonies to build relationships and represent the University brand., • Develop and maintain relationships with current students, alumni, and key stakeholders to support recruitment and engagement initiatives., • Support campus visit programs and admitted student events as part of the yield strategy.Innovation & Intelligence, • Leverage AI-driven personalization and virtual engagement tools (e.g., social automation, chatbots, virtual tours) to enhance prospective student experience., • Maintain business intelligence initiatives, including competitor marketing analysis., • Assist with PR opportunities, community outreach, and alumni-driven recruitment initiatives., • Oversee maintenance of digital reputation and profiles, including web presence, social media, and Google Business. Education & Experience: • Minimum BA degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or equivalent degree, • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience is preferred (in-house or agency); higher education experience is preferable but not required, • Experience developing a wide breadth of traditional and digital marketing initiatives. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: • Strong understanding of social media marketing best practices, including paid and organic strategies., • Ability to create and manage social media calendars aligned with enrollment goals., • Expertise in SEO, GEO, and AEO strategies for higher education marketing., • Familiarity with social analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite) and ability to interpret data for optimization., • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Slate), A/B testing, and basic HTML troubleshooting., • Knowledge of AI-driven personalization tools, chatbots, and virtual engagement technologies., • Understanding of VA and accreditation compliance requirements for marketing and admissions materials., • Experience managing website content and CMS platforms (WordPress preferred)., • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance metrics and optimize campaigns., • Comfortable attending student events and ceremonies and engaging with diverse stakeholders., • Keen eye for design aesthetics and brand consistency., • Ability to act independently while working effectively with a team. Extensive periods of sitting, keyboarding, and manipulating a computer mouse. Required to stand for varying lengths of time and walk moderate distances to perform work. Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, pushing and pulling of up to 25 pounds. Regular activities require ability to quickly change priorities which may include and/or are subject to resolution of conflicts. Communicate to perform essential functions.
