Reporting to the Tele-Assist Program Operations Manager, Field Care Coordinators go into patients’ homes to facilitate telehealth visits with a provider in order to reach more of our patients where they live. About the Role This is an on-site role five days per week at 3840 East Ray Road, Phoenix, Arizona with up to 5% travel. The Manager of Paralegals in Training (PIT) reports to the Manager of Legal Training and is responsible for the hiring, training oversight, coaching, development, and daily management of the Paralegals in Training team. This role ensures PIT team members are learning and consistently following firm processes, contributing appropriately within the POD structure, and developing the technical skills and professional readiness required to transition into a Paralegal position when competency and role availability align. Success in this position is dependent on building and maintaining a high-performing training pipeline that supports firm growth while protecting quality and client outcomes. The PIT program is not time-bound to a fixed duration; progression is determined by demonstrated competency, performance standards, and paralegal role availability.
