Job Title: Carpenter Responsibilities: • Review and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate execution of projects., • Fabricate and cut wood components for construction tasks., • Follow wood framing procedures and techniques to build structural elements., • Install window and door frames with precision., • Assess, repair, and maintain wood structures as needed., • Perform trim and finishing procedures with attention to detail., • Work independently on multi-day tasks from start to finish., • Supervise, guide, and train apprentices and laborers on assigned tasks., • Maintain and properly store tools and equipment to ensure they are clean and in good working condition.
