JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Child Care Director, the Lead Teacher (Willow Classroom) is responsible for planning and implementing activities with youth in Kindergarten through 1st grade. The Lead Teacher's primary focus is youth enrichment and safety. The Lead Teacher will be required to drive the children in a club vehicle. MIMIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • At least one year of youth or child care experience, • Must pass all required background checks, • Must pass drug screening, • Must be willing to obtain CDL with school bus certification, • Preference given to those with a current CDL, • Must be able to attend required child care trainings throughout the year, • 21 years of age or older, • Valid driver license with clean driving record As part of our mantra, Great Futures Start Here applies not only to our Club Members, but Boys & Girls Clubs employees.
