Compensation: $18 - $22 yearly Responsibilities: • Deliver 1:1 therapy sessions to preschool-aged children diagnosed with autism in a center-based environment in Arnold, MO, • Execute personalized behavior programs for young patients under the guidance of a BCBA professional, • Record treatment data electronically using the specified program as necessary, • Assist in the training of new behavior technicians within the assigned team, • Attend monthly all-team meetings as part of the collaborative environment, • Show readiness to assist children with potty training, including handling diaper changes when requiredQualifications:, • To be considered for this role in Arnold, MO, US, a High school diploma or GED is required, • Applicants must be at least 18 years of age, • While not mandatory, having an Undergraduate degree in a related field (ABA, Early Childhood Education, Psychology, etc.) is preferred, • Candidates should either be actively certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or commit to pursuing certification within 2 months of hire, with training costs covered by Atlas, • Prior experience in the ABA community is highly valued, • The ability to sit on the floor, stoop, stand, walk, and run is essential for this positionAbout Company Atlas Autism Health is an organization that provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for young learners between the ages of 2 and 7 with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
