Your responsibilities will include: • Providing direct support and supervision based on individual needs and service plans., • Assisting with daily routines and independent living skills., • Supporting individualized care and behavioral support plans., • Encouraging positive behavior, emotional regulation, and social skills., • Monitoring and reporting changes in behavior or overall well-being., • Maintaining accurate service notes and required documentation., • Communicating effectively with supervisors and other team members., • Following confidentiality requirements, safety procedures, and agency policies., • Participating in required orientation and training.What We’re Looking For To succeed in this role, you’ll need: • A high school diploma or equivalent (additional education in human services, psychology, social work, or a related field is preferred)., • At least 1 year of experience working with individuals with mental health or behavioral health needs., • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills., • The ability to follow instructions and individualized support plans., • A patient, dependable, and person-centered approach to care., • Current residency in Winston-Salem, NC., • The ability to meet applicable background check and employment requirements., • A valid driver’s license may be required depending on assigned duties.Compensation We value your skills and experience!
