Job Description Primoris Energy Services is seeking a Construction Technology Manager to lead construction technology strategy and digital enablement across complex, multi-market projects. This role sits at the intersection of field operations and enterprise systems, driving practical, scalable technology solutions that improve execution, data flow, and project performance. Position Summary The Construction Technology Manager is responsible for the development, integration, and ongoing support of construction technology platforms that enable efficient field execution and enterprise reporting across Primoris Energy Services. This role serves as the bridge between field construction operations and corporate systems, ensuring that software tools, data flows, and digital workflows are practical, integrated, and aligned with how projects are actually executed. Working within a matrix organization, the Manager partners closely with field teams, project controls, engineering, finance, HR, and IT to deliver scalable, reliable construction technology solutions. Key Responsibilities Construction Technology & Digital Enablement • Own and manage the construction technology ecosystem supporting field and project execution., • Evaluate, implement, and maintain tools that improve productivity, accuracy, and consistency across projects and divisions., • Lead integration and interoperability between construction and corporate platforms, including:, • EcoSys, • Viewpoint, • Workday, • Autodesk Construction Cloud, • Power Apps, • SharePoint, • Microsoft Access databases, • Design and maintain workflows that enable accurate, timely data exchange between field systems and enterprise platforms., • Support project teams with onboarding, configuration, and troubleshooting of construction technology tools., • Serve as the primary point of contact for field technology issues, enhancements, and feedback., • Identify opportunities to streamline construction workflows through automation, system enhancements, and better data integration., • Support development of standardized digital processes for document control, reporting, field data capture, and approvals., • Establish and maintain technology standards, configurations, and best practices across divisions., • Prevent tool fragmentation by governing system use and integrations., • Develop training materials and support adoption of construction technology across field and office teams., • Operate effectively within a matrix organization, influencing project and division teams without direct authority., • Coordinate closely with Construction Data Analytics to ensure systems support reporting and dashboards., • Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Qualifications Required • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)., • 8+ years of experience supporting construction operations, construction technology, or project systems in an industrial, power, or infrastructure environment., • Hands-on experience with construction and enterprise platforms, including:, • EcoSys, • Viewpoint, • Autodesk Construction Cloud, • Microsoft Power Apps, • SharePoint, • Access databases, • Demonstrated experience integrating systems and improving data flow between field and corporate platforms., • Strong understanding of construction workflows, field operations, and project delivery processes., • Experience supporting multiple construction divisions or market sectors., • Familiarity with Power BI and downstream analytics/reporting requirements., • Experience working with ERP, HRIS, and financial systems in a construction environment., • Background in a large, diversified contractor or EPC organization. Working Conditions • Office-based role located in Houston / Pearland, TX, with periodic jobsite visits., • Occasional travel to active construction projects., • Exposure to active construction environments during site visits., • Must comply with all Primoris safety policies and procedures.
