Job DescriptionBenefits: • Free uniforms, • Training & development A Team Leader both cleans buildings and leads other cleaners. You make sure the job gets done the right way and meets company standards. You work alongside your team, train new employees, solve problems on-site, send daily reports to the office, and make sure buildings are safe and secure. You are responsible for the quality of work in the buildings assigned to you. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Cleaning and Oversight: Make sure assigned buildings are cleaned properly each night. Step in and help clean when needed. Check that equipment works and supplies are stocked. Report supply shortages or broken equipment. Training and Support Train new employees on cleaning tasks. Train employees on alarm systems (arming and disarming buildings). Train employees on the timekeeping system. Provide re-training if performance drops. Cross-train team members so they can cover other buildings when needed. Communication and Reporting Submit a daily report to the office covering employee issues, supply shortages, alarm problems, and customer concerns. Follow up on customer complaints with the office. Report safety issues immediately. Keep and submit mileage logs on time. Regular communication with your supervisor regarding employee performance. Standards and Safety Make sure employees follow company policies. Make sure proper uniforms are worn. Enforce safety and security procedures at all times. Maintain building security while on-site. QUALIFICATIONS Must live in the Tyler area. Must be able to communicate in English. Must be reliable and dependable. Must be able to handle change in a fast-paced environment. Must communicate well with employees, clients, and leadership. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Must care about quality and pay attention to detail. Must be able to lift 35 pounds. Must be physically able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push, and pull for a full shift. Must pass a criminal background check. Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation. Must have a clean driving record and be insurable, as this position may require driving a company vehicle.

Job Description Overview We are seeking a creative and motivated Photo Studio Intern to support daily studio operations while gaining exposure to studio management. This role is ideal for someone interested in photography, content production, and the business side of running a studio. The intern will assist with shoots, sample organization, and coordination while learning how studio workflows are managed. Duties and Responsibilities • Support the “Cavender’s Culture” and drive our Mission, Vision, and Values., • Assist Studio Manager during studio and on-location shoots, • Help set up and break down lighting, backdrops, and equipment, • Organize and maintain samples in coordination with the buying team, • Manage digital files, including organizing, renaming, and archiving images, • Coordinate props, styling elements, and shoot preparation, • Communicate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and ecommerce image execution, • Perform general administrative tasks as needed Qualifications and Requirements • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Photography, Media, Business, or related field (preferred but not required), • Basic knowledge of photography principles a plus, • Strong organizational and time-management skills, • Good communication and teamwork abilities, • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, • Positive attitude and willingness to learn, • Familiarity with retail or multi-location business operations, • Creative eye for styling and composition, • Experience with data analysis or problem-solving projects in a classroom or work setting, • Ability to work independently and within a team; continuous improvement mindset Cavender’s is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
