The Assistant Department Manager (ADM) is a vital member of the management team, assisting their Department Manager (DM) in ensuring quality, growth, and oversight of their local office’s operations. This position plays a critical role in guiding the professional growth of the team, from clinician skill development to leadership enrichment. Role Responsibilities (Here’s what it takes) • Understand and oversee all clinical and operations metrics within the clinic., • Service Hours, • Hours per Census, • Census, • Utilization, • Ensure that employees under supervision meet billable service targets, including:, • Delivering the minimum billable hours set by the business (this varies by office, • and business need), • Managing a caseload, • Delivering a minimum of 85% of clinical direct services monthly, • Assist the DM in overseeing the clinic’s financials, including Profit and Loss (P&L) management while ensuring key metrics are met. Analyze reports to identify improvements and support financial growth strategies., • Support the DM with all administrative functions of the site including, but not limited to:, • Report due dates, • Staffing goals, • New Partner onboarding, • New Client Referrals, • Completes or reviews any special incident reports immediately and consults with the, • DM, Senior Department Manager (SDM), or Division Vice President (DVP) as needed., • Serving as a tier for escalations to provide support to families, staff, or Program, • Coordinators (PC) as needed., • Supporting the DM with ensuring the success of local office’s client acquisition,, • recruitment, retention, maintenance or improvement of the office’s internal systems, and Must Haves (Yes, we have needs!) • 2 years of clinical experience providing services to individuals with diverse diagnoses or disabilities., • 1 year of experience supervising staff in a clinical setting., • ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team., • Excellent clinical and leadership skills., • Fluency with all Microsoft Office programs., • Self-motivated, responsible, honest, articulate, excellent time management skills, and skills to work independently., • Professional demeanor, well-organized, and attention to detail., • Skills consistent with serving culturally and linguistically diverse families in low and high socio-economic status areas., • Comfortable working in homes (studio, apartment, housing project, etc.) of families with limited resources., • Demonstrate effective communication skills to interact with clients, family members, and agency’s staff., • Maintains reliable transportation and current liability insurance for their vehicle. 360 Behavioral Health is an equal opportunity employer.
