Qualifications: • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license (required), • 12 months of caregiving experience (required) (Home Care, Assisted Living/Memory Care, Skilled Nursing/Nursing Home, Hospital or Hospice), • Current CPR certification (preferred), • Hospice experience (preferred), • Excellent customer service skills, • Strong communication (written, verbal, and active listening), • Problem-solving skills, • Time management skills, • Ability to work in an electronic medical record system, • Ability to lift 50 lbs., • Good understanding of body mechanics, • Strong understanding of professional boundaries, • Perform personal care activities related to daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, skin care, etc.), • Review patient care plans, • Assist with lifting and transferring patients, • Assist with range of motion, positioning, exercise, and ambulation, • Assist with dining and nutrition, • Maintain electronic medical records, • Competitive salary, • Company car with fuel and insurance covered, • Company cell phone, • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, • Generous PTO accruing immediately At Moments Hospice, we never want our staff to have to stress about their commute.
