The Head of Print Studio is responsible for all of the print mechanicals produced by the Print Studio teams which includes Channel, Events, Packaging, and Retail. They will work closely with their client and GEO counterparts to ensure a seamless transition from the master workflow through the localization process. Key Responsibilities • Provides strategy and planning for upcoming launches and updates to ensure production capabilities are scoped and strategized, • Participate in project kick offs, content meetings, reviews, and other project based meetings as needed, • Coach and guide the team of Print Studio Managers, Team Leads, Mechanical Artists, Project Managers, and Proofreaders, • Be innovative, a champion for change, and assist in implementing new workflows, • Effectively manage an annual plan across all Studio teams, • Work with the leadership team to instill Hogarth values and build Hogarth culture, • Ensure all work is completed on time and to the highest of standards, • Support professional development for all direct reports, providing performance feedback, mentoring, assisting with and resolving performance issues, and maintaining positive morale amongst the team, • Promote effective communication throughout the production team, • Remain current on technology and trends, • Actively participate in attracting top talent and employee retention, • Continually look for ways to optimize productivity through process improvements, task automation, and new technology, • Ability to partner with senior management to build a company culture and drive change across the organization, • Expert understanding of printing processes and production management, • Previous experience of managing a team of 20+, • Ability to make sound decisions and resolve issues under pressure, • Team player with an interest in process efficiency and effectiveness, • Good relationship skills, including dealing with multiple stakeholders, • Excellent attention to detail and highly organized, • Strong verbal and written communications skills, • Demonstrate the Hogarth Values in all actions and communications, • Excellent interpersonal skills Pay Range $108K – $157K #LI-RA5 #LI-Hybrid Our Hogarth Values: Hands on No egos here.
