The Night Concierge will be tasked with delivering exceptional customer service and support to our residents during overnight hours. This role demands outstanding communication skills, a compassionate demeanor, and the capability to manage emergency situations with professionalism and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: • Warmly greet and assist residents and visitors in a professional and friendly manner., • Attend to pager alerts and monitor cameras and ring alerts., • Respond promptly to emergency situations and cooperate with appropriate authorities if necessary., • Address residents' requests or concerns throughout the night., • Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry, vacuuming designated areas, and managing trash cans across all floors., • Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of common areas throughout the night., • Undertake early morning duties such as brewing coffee, removing regular coffee, and turning on the TV., • Collaborate with daytime staff to relay pertinent information or updates.
