Job DescriptionConstruction Superintendent Civil Roadway & Site Development Construction Superintendent - Civil Roadway & Site Development Position Overview The Construction Superintendent will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of civil roadway and site development projects. This role is crucial in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining safety and compliance with regulations. Key Responsibilities • Manage daily operations on construction sites, ensuring work is completed according to plans and specifications., • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and labor crews, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to project schedules., • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and compliance with safety regulations., • Ensure that all necessary permits and approvals are obtained and maintained throughout the project lifecycle., • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to resolve issues and implement changes as needed., • Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, schedules, and reports for management review., • Assist in the preparation of project budgets and timelines, and monitor expenditures to keep projects within financial constraints.Qualifications, • Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or in a similar role within civil roadway and site development., • Strong knowledge of grading, roadway construction, utilities, erosion control, and site infrastructure., • Experience with underground utilities, water management, drainage systems, duct banks, and sewer installations., • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills., • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications., • Proficiency in relevant software applications for project management and scheduling., • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
