Job Description Licensed Esthetician & Body Contouring Specialist Sculpt Squad Pay: $22–$25 per hour + performance bonuses Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time Location: Lawrence, MA About the Role Sculpt Squad is looking for a Licensed Esthetician and Body Contouring Specialist to join our growing medical spa. In this role, you will perform customized skincare treatments and non-invasive body contouring treatments, conduct consultations, and help clients achieve their aesthetic goals. This position is ideal for an esthetician who enjoys advanced aesthetic treatments and delivering real results for clients. Key Responsibilities Client Consultations • Conduct professional consultations; assess client goals and develop personalized treatment plans based, • Review medical history and identify contraindications, • Educate clients about procedures, expectations, and recommended treatment plans, • Obtain signed consent forms and document treatments Skin Care Services • Assess clients’ skin care goals and provide recommendations for treatment and at-home skin care regimens, • Use proper techniques and protocols for:, • Customized facials to treat various skin concerns, • HydraFacial, • Peels, • Microdermabrasion, • Cryofacial, • Other advanced devices within scope of practice Body Contouring Treatments • Use proper techniques and protocols for:, • Fat reduction, • Skin tightening, • Lymphatic drainage, • Body sculpting, • Cellulite reduction, • Adjust treatment settings based on client needs and comfort, • Monitor client safety and comfort during each session Treatment Preparation • Properly maintain and prepare treatment rooms, supplies, and equipment, • Position clients comfortably and explain the treatment process Documentation & Records • Document treatment details in client charts, • Take and update progress photos when applicable, • Maintain accurate and confidential client records Equipment Maintenance • Clean and disinfect equipment after each session, • Properly store devices and accessories, • Report equipment issues or malfunctions immediately, • Follow manufacturer maintenance guidelines Client Experience & Sales Support • Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships, • Educate clients on treatment packages and membership options, • Recommend follow-up services when appropriate, • Encourage repeat bookings and client retention, • Provide post-treatment instructions and lifestyle recommendations, • Schedule follow-up sessions when appropriate, • Maintain a professional and relaxing spa environment Qualifications • Active Massachusetts Esthetician License (Required), • Experience in med spa, aesthetics, and body contouring treatments required, • Strong consultation, customer service, and sales skills, • Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented, • Ability to work in a fast-paced spa environment $22–$25/hour base pay Performance bonuses and incentives Opportunity to work with advanced body contouring technology Growth opportunities as the clinic expands Supportive and collaborative team environment
