THE ROLE We are seeking an Associate Product Manager on our Product Management Team. Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, this role plays an important part in supporting the development, strategy, and lifecycle management of assigned product categories. This early-career role collaborates closely with cross-functional partners to help bring new products to market, execute category strategies, and support day-to-day product operations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Assist in managing the full product lifecycle, from early concept through merchandising, go-to-market, and eventual discontinuation., • Help develop product concepts, category stories, and seasonal presentations., • Support brand partner product lines and collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the commercialization process., • Contribute to seasonal planning briefs and category strategy work., • Research market trends, competitor products, and consumer insights to inform category decisions., • Support the creation of merchandising tools, launch plans, and seasonal product initiatives., • Assist with new product introductions, category updates, and color expansions., • Partner with Sales and Marketing to execute timely, trend-right product launches., • Identify relevant materials, product features, and insights that influence category and product performance., • Use internal tools and systems to manage and track product development workflows., • Prepare clear presentations, reports, and communication materials for internal teams., • Maintain clear, consistent communication with cross-functional partners throughout the product creation process., • Additional tasks and deliverables as assigned by management. REQUIREMENTS • Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively based on business needs and timelines., • An analytical mindset with curiosity about products, trends, and consumer behavior., • Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across the organization., • A collaborative approach to decision-making, with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and work effectively in team environments., • Comfort operating in a fast-paced setting and adapting to shifting priorities., • A positive, proactive and flexible attitude, with a strong willingness to learn, grow, and take on new challenges., • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and the ability to learn new systems and tools quickly., • Openness to applying continuous improvement practices and Gem Performance System (GPS) principles., • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Product Management, or a related field., • 2–4 years of experience in product management, merchandising, marketing, or consumer goods (experience in a product-related role preferred).
