Job Description Our client, a successful & growing law firm, is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join their team in Andover, Massachusetts. This position plays a central role in case preparation across court proceedings, administrative matters, alternative dispute resolution, litigation, labor & employment, and education matters. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational judgment, precise legal writing ability, and the capacity to manage competing deadlines in a fast-moving practice. Location: Andover, MA Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 (depending on experience) + amazing benefits Schedule: In Office the first few weeks, then hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote) Responsibilities: • Support attorneys through all phases of litigation, including case development, discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, appeals, and post-hearing proceedings., • Prepare, proofread, and electronically file pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents in state and federal courts., • Manage electronic filing requirements and procedures across multiple jurisdictions., • Coordinate deposition logistics, including scheduling, exhibits, witness materials, and deposition summaries., • Assist with mediations, arbitrations, hearings, and trials., • Maintain organized and up-to-date electronic and physical case files., • Coordinate document collection, review, analysis, organization, and production., • Manage eDiscovery workflows using platforms such as Relativity, Nextpoint, Concordance, or similar systems., • Maintain document databases and ensure case materials are accurately organized and accessible., • Prepare privilege logs and assist with discovery responses and productions., • Conduct quality-control reviews of document productions., • Prepare and respond to subpoenas, including government and third-party subpoenas., • Conduct legal, factual, and investigative research using Westlaw, LexisNexis, and other legal research tools., • Draft correspondence, memoranda, chronologies, case timelines, factual summaries, discovery responses, and investigation reports., • Assist with multi-state legal research, benchmarking, and other substantive research projects., • Support workplace and school-related investigations by conducting research, organizing investigative materials, preparing interview outlines, and compiling witness summaries., • Assist attorneys in developing and organizing factual records and case materials. Requirements: • 4+ years of paralegal experience supporting litigation., • Strong legal research, writing, proofreading, and analytical skills., • Demonstrated experience supporting litigation and document-intensive matters., • Experience supporting workplace, employment, or other internal investigations preferred., • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail., • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple matters, projects, and deadlines simultaneously., • Strong written and verbal communication skills., • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
