We offer a flexible/hybrid work environment with some days at the corporate offices and some days working from home. We are also open to remote candidates who can periodically travel to the office for in-person meetings. We are adding to our team and looking for a Partner Support Specialist Roles and Responsibilities • Be the project manager for financial institution partners for the initial implementation, and for subsequent product enhancements., • Support the Partner Marketing Managers with ongoing support requests and content changes/enhancements., • Proactively manage the partner support ticketing queue and communicate progress internally and externally., • Support partners with data entry, analysis, and CRM maintenance., • Respond to partner support requests in a timely and effective manner, while always providing exceptional service., • Assist with content creation and data analysis to improve partner optimization and success., • Assist partners with executing marketing campaigns that increase adoption and prove out the SavvyMoney ROI., • Work with the marketing and product teams to create and update sales collateral and partner presentations., • Coordinate with product and technology teams to keep the scope and direction of each implementation on schedule, and ensure each partner always has an exceptional experience., • Assist the Partnership Marketing Manager team to cultivate and manage bank and credit union partners. Be their voice and champion in our organization., • Identify areas of improvement that will result in more efficient processes and an enhanced partner experience., • Measure, report, and communicate on the success of marketing metrics, KPIs, and partner engagement. Skills and Qualifications • 2+ years of related work experience., • Excellent communication skills., • Detail oriented, • Strong Excel skills., • PowerPoint, and Word experience., • Bachelors degree required., • SalesForce experience preferred. Base salary The annual base salary for this position is between $70,000.00 and $75,000.00 depending upon experience + Quarterly Bonus potential.
