Job Description Tulsa Inspection Resources is hiring for a NDE Field Supervisor to support a large pipeline integrity client’s operations throughout the US. The Field Supervisor will be responsible for managing assigned staff and ensuring compliance with company and field service plans, specifications, safety requirements, contracts and schedules. Maintaining communications with field personnel to ensure all project objectives are attained. PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Oversee and manage projects to assure safe, efficient, professional, and profitable completion, • Interact and coordinate with client representatives, ensuring customer satisfaction, • Supervise NDE field technicians, • Ensure adherence to customer’s specifications and applicable regulations, • Maximize use of personnel and equipment for efficiency and effectiveness, • Provide technical expertise to complete project safely, on time, and within budget, • Train and assist assigned employees for successful job execution, • Anticipate/recognize unusual project situations; make recommendations for effective resolution, • Adheres to and enforces safety policies, • Confirm all required documents are completed and transmitted in accordance with the company’s policies/procedures, • Oversee completion of all job and project paperwork, including client deliverables, • Knowledge of Computer programs such as Microsoft Office & Excel at Intermediate level required, • Proven ability to operate multiple pieces of NDE equipment, understand and perform different scopes of work, recognize AOC’s, • Must be able to be certified in the following methods; UTT, UTSW, MT, Creaform, • Understanding of various field documents/paperwork required, • Strong safety understanding, and general leadership skills required, • Solid technical aptitude required, • Productive work habits including attention to detail, follow through and the ability to prioritize and complete work activities in an efficient and effective manner required, • Ability to assist in creating a team atmosphere which encourages motivation, innovation and high performance, • Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently', • Competitive Salary, • Medical, dental, vision, • Company paid Long Term Disability, • Company Paid Life Insurance, • 401K Plan and Company Match, • Paid Holidays, • Paid Time Off, • Referral Bonus Program Tulsa Inspection Resources has been in business for over 20 years.
