Job DescriptionCompany Description Mask Transport LLC is a Delivery Service Partner (DSP) in Salem, OR looking for enthusiastic, team oriented, full-time Drivers to deliver both residential and business packages for Mask Transport. Our Delivery Drivers strive to get every order to the customer’s door on time! We take great care of our team, and our team takes great care of us with great attendance, focus on safety and a commitment to quality of delivery. Job Description Responsibilites: • Safely operate delivery vehicles, including vans and trucks, to transport goods to designated locations., • Load and unload products, ensuring proper handling and securing items during transit., • Follow assigned routes and schedules while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations., • Use a handheld device for routing and customer delivery information., • Provide rescue assistance to other drivers as required., • Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients during deliveries., • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including signatures, receipts, and any issues encountered during transport., • Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance with company standards.Qualifications, • Eligible to work in the U.S, • At least 21 years of age, • High School Diploma or equivalent required., • Successfully pass a criminal and DMV background check (7 years)., • Successfully pass a pre-employment 4-panel UA drug test, • Must have a Valid Driver License (Non-CDL Class C), • Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients., • Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team., • Must be comfortable driving in a large, customized cargo van (including Electric Delivery Vans - EDV), • Previous experience in route driving or as a courier preferred. Additional Information Perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation: • Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the workday., • Walk 8+ miles per day., • Climb in and out of a XL van several hundred times per day., • Walk up and down stairs throughout your shift., • Must be able to lift, bend, reach above the head, kneel, crouch and/or stretch during shifts up to 11 hours long.
