About the Role: We are looking for an Account Manager to join our East Coast team. The Account Manager should be experienced working with teams selling diverse digital advertising solutions and be able to support the Sales, Production and Ad Operations teams with client and campaign management. In addition to having daily interaction with clients, this job requires managing multiple campaigns simultaneously while also constantly problem-solving to ensure were delivering best-in-class services. Additionally, excellent communication skills are a must, while also having a passion for serving others. This is a remote position but we are looking for someone based in either EST or CST time zones. Primary Responsibilities: • Lead the post-sale day-to-day client relationships to provide an unparalleled client partnership experience for our advertisers, • Manage multiple campaigns/clients with timely attention to detail, • Coordinate across various internal teams to ensure successful campaign executions: Sales, Creative, Production, Post-Production, Ad Ops, Ad Sales Marketing, • Work closely with Ad Ops to ensure campaign launch dates and KPIs are met, and reporting and optimizations are issued as needed inclusive of monitoring campaign pacing and performance, monitoring 3 rd party reporting (DFA, Moat, IAS, comScore, etc.) and more, • Attend production shoots as needed as the liaison between our clients and production crew, • Work with Production, Ad Sales Marketing and social teams to manage client deliverables related to custom content and social media programs including the management of content deliverables, social posting, social related reporting, brand study programs and more, • Ensure campaign budgets and timelines are adhered to, • Collaborate with Ad Ops and Sales to deliver campaign performance reports and campaign learnings for internal and external purposes, • Provide consultation and campaign insights for Sales and Media teams to apply to renewal strategies, • Think strategically to problem-solve campaign matters quickly and effectively under the direction of the Director of Account Management, • 3+ years of experience in account management, planning, or marketing experience on an account or agency, • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, • Knowledge of Digital Media Industry/Social platforms, • Proficient with MS PowerPoint, Keynote, Word, Excel, and CRM, • BA/BS degree required, • Familiarity with production processes Bonus!, • Personal Improvement & Wellbeing, • Empowered Thinking, • Integrity & Fairness At NGLmit, we offer an industry leading benefits package that includes a variety of benefits including unlimited paid time off, ability to work 100% remotely, health insurance, dental insurance, tax deferred retirement plans, and access to experts in preventative care.
