The Membership Operations Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of customer data to ensure accurate chargeback processing. This role focuses on the timely resolution of membership exceptions in the third-party adjudication queue and the synchronization of GPO/PBG rosters with internal systems. You will utilize advanced data analysis techniques to identify data mismatches and ensure that customer accounts are correctly aligned with their contractual tiers. The Membership Operations Analyst will serve as a key operational partner supporting Commercial Operations and Sales by aligning membership strategy with contract performance and execution. This role manages customer onboarding, issue resolution, reporting needs, and overall account performance. You will also act as the primary liaison between third‑party vendors and internal I&T teams to support system integrations, data exchanges, and process improvements. A core focus of the role is driving customer satisfaction and retention by proactively identifying operational gaps, resolving escalations, and ensuring service excellence. Job Summary: The Chargeback Analyst is responsible for the timely validation of debit and credit memos within Model N, managing all trading partner accounts exceeding $400M+ in annual total in validation and processing. This position will manage day-to-day engagement with chargeback vendor(s) by resolving errors and maintaining regular communication with Wholesaler and Distributors. Job Description The New York Compensation Insurance Rating Board (NYCIRB) is a non-profit, unincorporated association of insurance carriers. NYCIRB is licensed by the New York State Department of Financial Services as the official workers’ compensation rate service organization in the State. In this capacity, NYCIRB provides a variety of services to the workers’ compensation industry, including data collection and analysis, and the development of loss costs and rating values. The Analyst I performs virtual audits and inspections of employers’ operations and workplaces. He/she will work with employers directly to gather payroll and operational data to prepare reports. The Analyst will review, compare and finalize audit and inspection reports. He/she will also determine the assignment of the proper classification(s) for business operations based upon audit and inspection findings or other information provided by a carrier, employer, or employer representative. He/she works independently and must be familiar with classification, payroll, loss costs and other policy charges. He/she will process Construction Classification Premium Adjustment Program (CPAP) applications. The Role Leap is seeking a Growth Strategy & Operations Analyst to support the processes, analyses, and initiatives that fuel the company’s growth. This role sits within Leap’s Growth organization and operates at the intersection of go-to-market strategy, real estate, and business operations. The Growth Strategy & Operations team serves as the analytical and operational backbone of Growth - supporting Business Development and Real Estate while acting as the cross-functional partners between Growth and other teams at Leap. The team helps shape how opportunities are evaluated, how deals (both net new business and renewals) are structured, and how the platform scales efficiently through key strategic initiatives. In this role, you will partner closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to support live brand and real estate deals, contribute to high-impact strategic initiatives, and design and execute Growth workflows and processes that enable Leap to scale. You will participate in strategic projects across go-to-market, pricing, and growth planning, build analyses and materials that inform executive decision-making, and own execution of key deliverables tied directly to company objectives.
