Job Description Job Title: District Manager – Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) Salary: $60K – $70K Base + 15%–20% Quarterly Bonus Relocation Assistance: Yes Location: Midland–Odessa, Texas Area (multi-unit travel required) Reports To: Regional Operations Director Position Overview We are actively seeking a hands-on, results-oriented District Manager to oversee several Quick Service Restaurant locations in the West Texas, market. This position is ideal for a leader who enjoys being in the restaurants, coaching managers, improving operations, and driving performance. You will be responsible for maintaining brand standards, developing strong teams, and ensuring each location operates efficiently and profitably while delivering an exceptional guest experience. Key Responsibilities Operations Leadership • Supervise daily operations across 2–4 restaurant locations., • Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety procedures, and health department regulations., • Monitor performance metrics including sales, labor, food cost, and service speed., • Standardize operational practices to maintain consistency across all stores. Team Development • Recruit, train, and mentor General Managers and Assistant Managers., • Conduct regular store visits, evaluations, and performance reviews., • Provide coaching, accountability, and succession planning., • Foster a culture focused on retention, engagement, and service excellence. Financial Performance • Manage district budgets and drive store profitability., • Review P&L statements and implement corrective action plans when needed., • Control labor and food costs while protecting guest satisfaction., • Identify revenue opportunities and operational efficiencies. Guest Experience • Ensure each location delivers a consistent and positive guest experience., • Address escalated guest concerns quickly and professionally., • Utilize customer feedback and data to improve service and operations. Business Strategy & Growth • Partner with senior leadership to execute company initiatives and goals., • Support new restaurant openings, remodels, and operational rollouts., • Evaluate local market trends and competitive opportunities to grow sales. Professional Experience: • Minimum 4 years of experience in Facilities Maintenance in Multifamily or Hospitality., • Advanced experience in two or more trades: electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, etc., • High school education or equivalent is preferred., • Accurately perform basic mathematical functions., • EPA Universal Certification required., • Intermediate computer and Internet knowledge preferred. Job Description Summary: The Shift Lead supports the Restaurant General Manager and Store Assistant General Manager in their efforts to oversee all the restaurant operations. The Shift Lead assists in management activities including ensuring excellence in both product quality and customer service and overall supervision, during assigned shifts.
