Job Description The Legal Mailroom Clerk (LMC) is a mission-critical position within our legal operations team. This role is responsible for the daily printing, shipping, and tracking of legal filings for paralegals. Accuracy, urgency, and accountability are essential; a single error or late shipment can impact a legal case. This role is ideal for someone who is highly detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable working under strict deadlines, while maintaining flawless documentation and shipment tracking in Salesforce. Why Work With Us We offer: • Competitive pay + performance-based bonus potential, • 401(k) with employer match: 100% match on the first 3% you contribute, plus 50% match on the next 2% (up to 4% total), • Health, dental, and vision insurance, • 15 days PTO (plus one additional day per year after 3 years), • Paid holidays, • 1-month sabbatical after 5 years, • Print, scan, assemble, and ship daily legal filings for legal teams, • Ensure 100% accuracy in printed materials, shipping labels, and filing contents, • Coordinate outbound shipments using UPS, USPS, FedEx, and DHL, • Accurately track all shipments in Salesforce, including: Destination, Tracking numbers, Shipment status, and Delivery confirmation, • Maintain clear documentation so shipments can be quickly located, traced, or corrected if needed, • Perform quality checks on outgoing and incoming documents to ensure compliance and accuracy, • Maintain organized physical and electronic filing systems, • Assist with inbound mail processing as needed, • Generate shipment reports and maintain detailed shipping logs, • Occasionally deliver or pick up packages (valid driver’s license required), • Strong attention to detail (non-negotiable), • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, • Proven experience in mailroom, administrative, or legal support roles, • Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and consistency, • Experience using Salesforce or similar case management/CRM systems (preferred), • Proficiency with MS365, • Familiarity with shipping platforms (UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL), • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information, • Effective written and verbal communication skills, • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally, • Valid Driver’s License, • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Education & Experience • High school diploma or equivalent required, • Minimum 1 year of administrative, mailroom, or similar experience, • Experience in a fast-paced office environment, • Legal environment experience is a strong plus About Company Farmer Enterprises is a nationally recognized leader in workforce solutions, assisting employers across industries in navigating complex workforce, immigration, and compliance challenges.
