Position Details: • Full-Time, • Locations: Culver City, Sherman Oaks MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • Master's Degree in sociology, social work, psychology, public health, business or health administration, or other social service field OR Bachelor's Degree' in sociology, social work, psychology, public health, business or health administration, or other social services field, plus 5 years of experience., • Management or administrative experience in a social service agency and in supervising multidisciplinary staff, • Familiarity with principles of family-centered, strength- based services, • Strong communication, computer, organizational, leadership and supervisory skills., • Must have valid California driver's license and reliable transportation for commuting between offices, meetings, and community sites. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Programmatic Oversight • Provide Administrative oversight to P&A program in all locations, traveling between Help Group sites and local community sites in SPA's, ensuring compliance with all components within the contract statement of work., • Conduct regular staff meetings and ensure ongoing staff development with particular attention to training on the prevention of child abuse and neglect, • Develop policies and procedures for effective program implementation in the areas of service delivery, capacity building, outreach, and outcomes evaluation, as assigned and/or necessary, • Support development and completion of annual workplans and monthly, semi-annual, and annual reports., • Approve and maintain funds for programmatic and client needs., • Provide direct supervision to Program Coordinator ensuring direct services staff are meeting contracted requirements and documentation is timely and complete, • Provide direct supervision to Referral and Intake Coordinator, • Provide direct supervision to administrative support staff, delegating tasks, and utilizing assistance effectively to support program needs., • Facilitate the planning and implementation of community events, parent workshops, parent classes, and other capacity building activities., • Oversee event logistics, including scheduling, vendor coordination, supply procurement, payments, and staffing, • Liaise with DCFS Regional Offices for Community Directed Funds, co-developing work plans, executing funding projects, and facilitating the coordination of expenses with DCFS staff., • Liaise with subcontractors, ensuring compliance, timely invoicing, and data collection., • Participate in all program, agency, collaborative, and community meetings and trainings as assigned., • Maintain client and staff information in a confidential manner., • Arrange work schedule of required hours top the benefit of P&A program and clients, with approval and guideline from Senior Director, • Perform other duties as assigned. Salaries will vary based on various factors, including but not limited to, professional and academic experience, certification, training, responsibilities of the position, and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
