Department/Unit: Emergency Medicine General Work Shift: Per Diem (United States of America) Salary Range: $78,773.63 - $122,099.12 The clinical research coordinator is responsible for the organization and management of multiple industry sponsored and Investigator initiated clinical trials. The position is accountable for assisting in the timely and accurate conduct of research studies, being concerned primarily for the protection and care of the patient as a research patient from initiation to completion of study. Complete the delegation of authority/duty logs to indicate the site personnel involved with the study and update as necessary throughout the course of the study with either new study personnel or personnel that is no longer involved with the study. 9. Prepare the patient informed consent (ICF) and assent (if applicable) by inserting the AMC required language into the sponsors ICF template and submitting to the sponsor for approval prior to IRB submission 10. Prepare for study site initiation visit a. Schedule visit and all required personnel (PI, sub-investigators, coordinators, research manager, pharmacy, clinical nursing units, operating room staff, etc.) to be present b. Schedule study specific training visits, c. Ensure all study required items are on-site (tablets for questionnaires, lab supplies, devices, study medication/investigational products, EKG machine, etc.) C. IRB 3. Prepare and submit annual continuing review reports and site termination report to the IRB of record, 5. Prepare and submit protocol deviations and/or violations to the study sponsor and IRB as necessary D. Patient Interactions 1. Participate in or conduct the informed consent process and HIPAA authorization, per AMC SOP, with research participants through discussion of the study protocol, procedures, timelines, risks, benefits and answering any questions. Obtain the appropriate signatures and dates/time on the ICF form and documents the process and file a copy in the patient’s medical record. Assures that patients sign any future amended versions of the consent if applicable. 2. Develop study schedule and required procedures, timelines, and deadlines with study patient and family, the PI and research team. 3. Coordinate patient follow-up study visits, treatments, testing, procedures, and schedules 4. Conduct patient study visits and required assessments per each individual protocol, 5. Summary of the Position The Director/General Manager (DGM), Class Creator carries dual accountability of leading the CC business and carrying the responsibility for increasing revenue growth through new sales and upsell to existing clients in both established territory and breaking into new markets. Manage individual performance against plans and report on performance to the leadership team at a team and individual level. Setting/Executing Sales and Marketing Strategy Develop and provide effective consultative sales support to new sales and client services team. Designs pricing models for licensing fees, annual fees, professional service fees, and value added services. Packages new products and services for cross sale to existing clients. Monitors revenue generation in order to secure delivery of financial objectives established in the annual budget. Secures invoicing and revenue recognition. Identifies, negotiates and secures potential business partnerships in order to enhance products and services to new and existing customers. Provides the oversight and control over all aspects of the sales process including qualification criteria and the allocation of leads and opportunities to sales Reps, solution design guidance and approval, content of final response, approval on final customer prices and all legal and commercial negotiation. Maintains accurate pipelines to ensure revenue forecasts are properly reported. Directs campaigns to drive market penetration. Sets the target client profile and metrics to be met by the sales team for the campaign. Approves campaign budget and agent activities and reviews results to determine further investment decisions into that market. Evaluates and assesses industry trends and specific strategies being implemented by key competitors. Works with product and other key internal stakeholders to create market competitive offerings and specific sales strategy to win business from the competition. Provides timely and accurate commercial reporting on business performance, and is capable of presenting and explaining data succinctly and clearly to a diverse range of senior stakeholders. JOB SUMMARY: As a key member of the SkillSpring (f/k/a GCD) department, the Workforce Programs Case Coordinator will engage with current participants in the young adult and high school programs in an effort to prepare for and secure employment. The role of the Workforce Programs Care Coordinator is to collaborate with SkillSpring participants using the care management process including: assessing a person’s functional level, their physical, cognitive, social-emotional status and their support system; developing a plan of care that addresses the needs and problems identified and incorporating the services that are needed to enhance the current support system; identifying and arranging for coordinated delivery of those services; monitoring changes in the person’s condition, and reassessing the person’s needs on a regular basis. This team member will serve in a coaching role and effectively advocate for program participants to have their various needs met with compassion and grace. The Workforce Programs Case Coordinator must possess a strong work ethic, a passion for working with underserved young adults, and be able to build and manage relationships with internal and external partners contributing to the professional success of the SkillSpring Department and its program participants. Ensure the health, safety and well-being of participants in the young adult program, by providing support and supervision of all activities., 2. Screen and identify young adult participants in need of care coordination services. Participate in process improvement groups. Utilize benchmarking and other sources to identify best practice. Participate in setting performance targets to improve quality. Promote and assist with development of appropriate education materials. Promote and facilitate effective communication throughout the continuum of care., 10. Maintain, update and actively improve care management skills, including identification of high risk individuals, care coordination, transition planning and implementation and knowledge of community resources.
